• Iris recognition cameras built on Iridian's PrivateID® and KnoWho® technology for enrollment, identification or verification
• Middleware that facilitates integration of iris recognition with other applications, such as single sign-on
• Applications that offer functionality for physical access, logical access, and secure identification requirements
• Integrated solutions that incorporate Iridian's PrivateID® and KnoWho® iris recognition technology with other technologies to create customer-specific systems solutions
• Sales, distribution and customer support for customers of our combined solutions

Iridian partners are leaders in their product and market focus, demonstrating significant success and presence in their technology horizontal, their market vertical, and/or their geographic focused market.

How to become an Iridian Partner
With the heightened requirements in the government and commercial sectors of the security market today, Iridian is extremely rigorous in selecting which partners may deliver Proof Positive iris recognition solutions. Iridian reviews all applications from prospective partners against the following qualification criteria:

• Demonstrated ability to bring value to the iris recognition customer through either: camera manufacturing, middleware, software solutions, integration services/products, or sales/distribution/customer support for combined solutions
• Track record of business success; evidence of capability in area of expertise
• Financial stability and satisfactory credit status
• Business objectives congruent with Iridian Technologies

Application
Iridian invites you to submit a Partner Application for consideration. Please understand that Iridian is not in a position to accept all applications and that we will review applications against the criteria specified above. Several levels of partnership are available, ranging from a Teaming Agreement, to a Value Added Reseller Agreement, to a Software Developer's License Agreement. If you qualify for partnership, we will explore the level of commitment and investment that you are prepared to make in iris recognition as well as the business opportunity that you are pursuing in order to determine the appropriate agreement to be finalized.
